Perfectly adequate for gravel riding but the spec feels budget in places. Brakes are OK, wheels are heavy, tyres are mediocre. Frame deserves better.

Great first gravel bike. The tyre clearance lets you run proper off-road rubber. Apex shifting is reliable if not the quickest.

Comfortable endurance position and excellent tyre clearance. Apex is a reliable workhorse groupset. Would recommend for anyone getting into gravel.

Does the job for weekend gravel rides but feels sluggish on tarmac compared to my road bike. A compromise in both directions.

Solid performer but nothing that sets it apart from competitors at this price. The versatility is good — equally fine on road or trail.

Capable gravel bike but for the RED XPLR price I expected carbon wheels. The alloy ones flex noticeably under hard efforts. Frame is excellent though.

Unbeatable entry point into gravel cycling. Same frame as the top builds at half the price. Upgraded the wheels and it flies.

The Sportfit geometry is a revelation. Can ride all day on gravel without any discomfort. Perfect for longer adventures and bikepacking.

Good gravel bike but the stock tyres are too road-biased. Swapped to Schwalbe G-Ones immediately.

Brilliant value. Rival XPLR shifts cleanly and the frame is identical to the top-end models. Lost a star for the heavy stock wheels.
