Description
The ULTRA-AERO SL R results from doing something that has never been done before. It guarantees gains never seen on a road bike and is aerodynamically optimised to make your fastest rides even faster. In Enthusiast specification, it's paired with Shimano’s premium Ultegra Di2 electronic groupset, rapid-rolling Mavic Cosmic SL 65 carbon wheels, Pirelli P Zero Road tyres and a Selle Italia SLR Boost saddle. The ground-breaking ULTRA-AERO integrated carbon cockpit completes this pro-level package.
Groupset
Ultegra brings pro-level precision to every ride, with redesigned ergonomics for better braking control and the fastest, most reliable wireless shifting out there. Di2 delivers instant, accurate gear changes at the push of a button, every time. Featuring semi-compact 52/36 gearing for the ideal balance of speed on the flats and efficiency on climbs, you’re always in control, no matter the terrain.
Wheelset
Wind-tunnel perfected to slice through the air and turn every watt into speed, the Cosmic SL 65 delivers aero efficiency for solo breakaways, all-out sprints, and flat-out triathlons. Its 65mm-deep, 19mm-wide NACA rim profile cuts drag and boosts crosswind stability for faster, smoother acceleration. Paired with Pirelli P Zero Road tyres that balance speed, grip, and durability, this setup rolls fast, stays tough, and impressively light.

Handlebars
Engineered for pure speed, the ULTRA-AERO bars are purpose-built for our fastest-ever aero bike. Their patented, next-generation design introduces a revolutionary wake-generating concept that reshapes airflow, creating a controlled pocket for the rider’s legs to sit within and reducing drag where it matters most. The aggressive, wing-shaped tops slice the air with scalpel-like precision, while the ergonomic drops and flat-top section deliver comfort and control on long rides or steep climbs. A textured finish removes the need for bar tape, keeping things clean, fast, and uncompromisingly aerodynamic.
Saddle
Built for pure aero performance, the ULTRA-AERO seatpost features a truncated aerofoil profile that cuts drag in the turbulent airflow behind the rider’s legs. Its composite shaft smooths out road buzz for a more comfortable, controlled ride, further enhanced by the Selle Italia SLR Boost saddle. Designed for all-out performance and long-distance comfort, the SLR’s neutral shape promotes efficient power transfer and complete freedom of movement.
