If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the smaller option. It's easier to fine-tune the fit of a smaller frame by raising the seat post or using a longer stem, whereas a larger frame leaves much less room for adjustment.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all Ribble frames and forks for the original purchaser. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship so you can ride with complete confidence. The standard manufacturer's warranty covers all other components.

Your bike comes with an SRAM AXS charger and two battery packs — one for the front derailleur and one for the rear. With SRAM’s latest updates, the charger doesn’t include a cable, but there’s no need to worry: any standard USB-C cable will do the job.

The ULTRA-RACE isn’t designed for traditional full-length mudguards. But it may be compatible with clip-on mudguards that attach to the seat stays and forks, for lighter, removable protection.

The ULTRA-RACE features two bottle mounts on the seat and down tubes. It is designed to be faster with bottles fitted than without. Pair it with Ribble Aero Bottle Cages to maximise aero gains.

No, the handlebars can't be raised after the bike has been built, as the steerer tube is trimmed to the correct length during assembly. However, we include 20mm of spacers, so you can lower the bars if needed—but raising them further won't be possible.

No, the ULTRA-RACE uses a proprietary D-shaped carbon seatpost, making it incompatible with third-party brands.
