  • Ride your bike for 30 days, and if you're not happy, return it.*

    Our award-winning bikes have been designed and built to be the best in their class, and we are confident that when you receive your Ribble bike, you will be suitably impressed by it. However, we appreciate that sometimes, something just isn't as expected. So, we wanted to offer you the opportunity to return or exchange your bike within the first 30 days*.

    All you have to do is make sure you keep the original box and packaging and contact us here. The original box must be used, and the returned bike must be clean and assembled as it was when it was received. Visit our help centre to find out how to return your bike.

  • MAKING A CHANGE TO YOUR BIKE

  • We hand-build every bike to order. Because of this, bikes returned for a model exchange or frame size swap will incur a £130 frame size exchange fee.

    Thinking of returning your bike for a refund? As your bike has been custom-built to your specification, any bike returned for a refund will be subject to our standard return fee as outlined on our Fees and Exclusions page.

    Bikes must be packaged and returned in the original Ribble box using the protective materials supplied with your order. If you no longer have the original packaging, replacement packaging can be provided for £30.

    Your 30-day test ride begins on the date your bike is delivered. If you wish to return the bicycle, you must initiate your return through our Help Centre within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • CONDITION OF THE BIKE

  • We want you to be able to fully test your Ribble bicycle, so get out on your favourite ride or club run and make sure you are 100% happy with it. We do, however, ask that, apart from the expected wear and tear from a few rides, there is no other damage. We also require that the bike is clean. Bikes that are returned to us in a dirty condition will incur a cleaning charge of £30.

    Any bike we receive that has incurred damage outside of the wear and tear expected from a limited number of rides will be ineligible for the 30-day test ride policy.

  • ACCESSORIES

  • Any accessories that you may have purchased with the bicycle are ineligible for return under the 30-day test ride policy. This includes pedals. Our normal returns procedure applies to accessories.

  • FEES & EXCLUSIONS

  • The following fees apply when changing or returning a bike:

    • Model exchange or frame size swap: £130 frame size exchange fee
    • Refund of a bike: Standard return fee as outlined in our Fees and Exclusions page
    • Replacement packaging: £30
    • Bikes returned in dirty condition: £30 cleaning fee

    Please note that Custom Colour, Limited Edition, Ex-Demo, Ex-Display, Team Issue bikes, bikes purchased using finance or a Cycle to Work voucher, and business or bulk orders are excluded.

  • INTERNATIONAL (NON-UK) BIKE SALES

  • The 30-day test ride is available to UK customers only. For international orders, returns are managed through our partner ESW, who oversee all customs and local tax processes. Please note that return shipping costs, customs duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
